We’re an intimate, appointment only studio focusing on nail health and growth. We specialize in using Japanese gel products to create an environment free of harsh chemical smells and most importantly preserve the integrity of your natural nails.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The time booked for the client is reserved for the client’s exclusive use. After 15 minutes we will consider any late clients a no-show and charge for the full service. Should the client need to cancel their appointment, Lucky Dice requests at least 48 hours notice before the commencement time of this appointment. Appointments cancelled after this time frame will be charged up to 75% of their appointment cost. Communication is key. If the client wishes to reschedule an appointment, they must make a new appointment on the online booking system. Repeat cancellations will lead to forfeiture of the ability to book in again.
